Scott Gibbons – Andalucia, Southern Spain

Before moving to Spain I was involved in over 400 events throughout Europe, Asia and Australia with Sunshine Events. I have been located in Spain to August 1999 where most of this time has been spent working with Brides and Grooms from all over Europe.

Shortly after my arrival, Lisa my sister visited and decided this was the ideal setting for her to be married. With a short flight time from London to Malaga and the boom of low cost airlines we knew the easiness for her friends and family to be there to share her special day. We both shared the excitement of the planning process and once the venue had been chosen we both researched the very best wedding service providers she wanted to be part of her special day.

This experience was never been forgotten and the emotions of how important it was for everything to be ‘Perfect’ is always in our minds. The wedding was amazing and months later, I received several phone calls from Lisa's guests, who were recently engaged, asking me to help them plan their weddings in Spain.

Sunshine Weddings Spain was born.

I feel very lucky to be doing a job that I truly love. The attention to detail and the quality that the Sunshine team delivers to each Bride and Grooms’ special day ensures that their day will be forever remembered, by them and all their guests. Carla Mazzeo – Andalucia, Southern Spain

Originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, I came to Spain in 2003 to complete my studies in Hotel Management. Since then I have worked in some of the best 5 star hotels in Marbella including the Los Monteros, Puente Romano and Incosol, where I specialized in Events and Wedding co-ordination. I have developed a fantastic network of contacts that allows me to provide our Brides and Grooms access to the best locations and suppliers on the Costa del Sol.

Tor Cooper Jones – Mallorca Balearic Islands

Since moving to Mallorca 4 years ago to ‘live the dream’, Tor has fallen head over heals in love with the island with its startling variety and physical beauty encompassing 554km of coastline and 140km of mountain ranges. With such an incredible environment at her fingertips, Tor has since organised numerous weddings and simply loves the inspiration that she gets and which helps her create the ‘Happy Ever After’.

Tor is based in mallorca throughout the year and is available to assist all Brides and Grooms getting married in the Balearics at all times.

Elaine Bray – Barcelona

I graduated with Hons Degree in Business and Spanish from UCC Ireland and moved to Spain shortly thereafter. I‘ve been living and working in Barcelona for the past eight years and speak Spanish fluently. After spending 4 years at management level in the hospitality sector here in Barcelona I saw a huge gap in the market for helping foreign couples wishing to marry in Spain and it was then when I decided to take up what I do best and become a Wedding Planner! I take pride in the organisation of fabulous weddings and can execute every aspect of your wedding day according to the expectations and budget you have in mind. I believe in the absolute importance of making your wedding day as stress free as possible and also in the value of saving time and money. So whether it's securing the perfect venue or simply getting you down the aisle, I promise to do just that!

Sunshine Weddings is partnered with London based production company Bespoke Events led by another of the Gibbons siblings - Daniel Gibbons.

Bespoke is a creative design and production company that specialises in creating and transforming environments for events. Their in-house creative team create stunning event designs, visuals and sketches, whilst the production team are responsible for making the dream into a reality. Bespoke hold a vast stock of lighting, staging, special fx, dance floors, bars, chill out furniture, and sound equipment, alongside bespoke set building and construction facilities that make them one of London's premier event producers.
