When Gemma & Liam made the decision to get married in Majorca, they chose a beautiful venue over looking the Mediterranean sea. It was obvious from day one they had fallen in love with the view and coastline and could imagine their dream wedding in Majorca wowing their guests.
The wedding venue was perfect for their nautical theme providing a quirky retro feel to their day and was located just 5 minutes from the quaint, yet lively, beach town of Cala Millor, where their guests stayed and enjoyed the festivities celebrating with the bridal couple over the course of a few days.
Gemma made a stunning & very funky bride with her fabulous one shoulder cute knee length layered wedding dress. Her accessories completed her look with a beautiful pearl hairpiece and flower, finishing off with matching nautical themed jewelry and glamorous wedding make-up. Our bride radiated excitement throughout; she was having the wedding of her dreams in the most stunning of all the Balearic Islands, Majorca.
The groom and his ushers wore trendy wedding attire made up of pin stripped boating blazers, with white open neck shirts and trousers finished off with comfortable shoes. It was great to see all the men looking extremely snazzy to compliment the bride’s glamorous look!
The flower arrangements were striking; bright pink gerberas for the men to wear in their lapels, matching their ties, and the bridesmaids dresses who held magnificent yellow gerbera floral balls.
The ceremony took place at 5pm and under a white stone pillared pagoda set just above the sea, which glistened in the background as the bride and groom pledged their love for each in front of all their wedding guests.
The layout was perfect for the guests to take advantage of the scenery with lots of sections to mingle and take in the beautiful waters that seemed to go on forever. Areas were dressed with touchers of nautical memorabilia including the wedding cake, which was a tiered cake; the top section replicating a lighthouse and underneath small individual cakes in blue and white.
Gemma and Liam’s wedding in Majorca really portrayed personality style romance and fun with a huge amount of thought to ensure the wedding guests were truly caught up in the moment of being abroad in Spain on their wedding day.
