The Big Day – Saturday 11th June 2016

We have decided to get married at a private villa in Santa Maria, a village just 25 minutes North of Majorca’s capital, Palma. ‘Please see the address below and weblink for location.

PLEASE NOTE – For those who are planning to bring children, just to make you aware there is a swimming pool in the grounds of the villa which will not be fenced off.

Please arrive by’4.30pm to enjoy a refreshing drink before the ceremony begins.

Transport

We will be providing 3 small mini buses to transport people to and from the wedding venue, the mini buses will leave from the Isla Mallorca Hotel & Spa at 3.45pm ‘on Saturday 11^th June.

Please ensure you are there on time as the buses will leave promptly at 3.45pm and will not wait for people.

The buses will then return to Palma at 1am, there will be 2 x drop offs as follows:

1. Opposite the Cathedral outside at Varadero http://www.varaderomallorca.com/, which is the bar where we are hosting our Friday night drinks, see map above.
2. Isla Mallorca Hotel and Spa

We would really appreciate a contribution of 10 Euros per person for the return journey – someone will collect 10 Euros from each person on the journey out on the bus, please ensure you have cash on you.

DRESS CODE

Formal, however bear in mind the heat so jackets and ties are not required.

Sunday 12^th June 2016

We appreciate that many people may just want to relax in the sun on Sunday or sleep off a hangover, however if you are feeling up to it we will be having informal drinks and a light BBQ (Burgers etc) on the Sunday from 3pm, we would love to see you if you fancy popping by the finca for some relaxing in the sunshine! (same venue as wedding)
