Tom & Zoe are getting married!!!!

As you hopefully all know, Tom recently whisked Zoe off to San Sebastian to propose – and to his great relief Zoe said ‘YES’ (after a few gulps of champagne.)

We have chosen to get married in La Cala de Mijas – which is a stunning coastal town in Southern Spain – and hope to share our magical day with as many of you as possible.

As the wedding is abroad we thought it would be best to get save the dates out as soon as possible as we know it will take a little more planning on everyone’s part. Therefore, the information below will be updated throughout the year – but we thought it important to let you know the key dates.

On our part it would really help in our planning to get an idea of numbers as early as possible – so if you have any questions, or indeed know that you are going to be likely or unlikely to be able to make it, please do drop us an email.

Key dates as below:

We will be arriving in La Cala de Mijas on Friday 10^th‘October 2014, and you are all welcome to join us from this time onwards. ‘This website will let you know all that we have planned on the run up to the big day, and all other vital information to make your stay with us as enjoyable & hassle free as possible.

The most important date for your diary is…….Saturday 11th October 2014′- timings to be confirmed.

Friday 10^th October 2014 – early evening

You will all be invited to meet us to enjoy the evening sunset at a local beach bar. Full details to follow.

Saturday 11^th October 2014 – A pre wedding round of golf will take place, and Tom will be in touch nearer the time to confirm details for those interested. This is also the BIG DAY – full details to follow – but there will be transport provided between the town and venue.

Sunday 12^th‘October 2014

To help with your hangovers we will be hosting a BBQ and pool party in our villa – again full details to follow.

As previously stated – at this stage we just wanted to get the dates out there. Invites will follow in 2014 with menu choices, and asking for your likely availability over the 3 days. ‘It really would be so useful for us to know of likely attendance/ non-attendance though!

This front line beach hotel is ideal for families and located within walking distance to all the amenities in the quaint Spanish seaside town. ‘The room rates below are per person per night and include VAT Please note that during July they require a minimum 3 nights stay.

TRANSFERS

We would recommend a company called Malaga Transfer and have negotiated discounted prices to Mijas Costa as follows:

Standard car ( type Ford Mondeo or similar) ‘with capacity for 4 people + 3 medium suitcases: 53 euros.

In an executive car ‘(type Mercedes’ E class, Audi A6 or similar) with capacity for 4 people + 3 medium suitcases 64 euros.

In a luxury car type Mercedes S class or similar ‘capacity for 4 people +’ 3 medium suitcases : 76 euros.

In a people carrier up to 7 people: 75 euros.

Microbus up to 12 people: 100 euros.

Microbus up to 19 people: 120 euros.
