TikiTano Beach Restaurant wedding venue, with its uninterrupted views of Gibraltar and Africa, and its frontline beach setting, is reminiscent of a top of the range Caribbean resort and makes the perfect wedding venue for a day to remember…
Nestled among lush gardens complete with tropical foliage and flowers and the Andalucian mountains as a backdrop, this is one of the prettiest places in which to get married and became the dream wedding venue for the lovely Jemma and Sam who, on the second Monday last August, said “I do” in its magnificent garden surrounded by sea and nature.
Today we take a glance at what a wedding on the grounds of this stunning seaside venue, only 45 minutes from Malaga airport and 45 minutes from Gibraltar airport, could look like as we recapture the main magical moments of the day.
Jemma and Sam’s breath-taking wedding ceremony took place in the lush green gardens of this beach-side restaurant, created with a timeless ethnic design of tropical woods and views to the aquamarine sea. There, to the sound of a Spanish guitarist strumming ambient music, an emotional and moving ceremony took place, all framed perfectly by the endless blue skies, gentle swaying palms trees and magical mountain backdrop.
The guests were blown away by the beauty of the surroundings where the contrast of the ornate white chairs against the exotic flowers which adorned the wedding arbour pulled everything together in a picture perfect scene.
A scene protagonized by the bride, Jemma, looking incredible in her flower-lace bridal gown, and the groom, Sam, debonair in his beige waistcoat suit.
The outdoor setting made for some superbly documented moments in the lush green garden and golden sand wonderfully captured by the talented photographer, Rachel Davidson.
Guitarist Jesus continued with some beautiful music during the recessional which further enhanced the wondrous atmosphere.
There are a variety of spaces on the grounds TikiTano Beach Restaurant that cater for every moment and experience including intimate nooks, sun-kissed areas, shady corners, outdoors or in… and it was in a large indoor rustic space where the guests were invited to feast on a delicious wedding breakfast including: Prawn, avocado and mango salad or beef carpaccio with truffle oil for starters followed by a choice of seabass in champagne sauce or hot stone prime cut steak for mains and a delicious pavlova cake and chocolate coulant with vanilla ice cream for dessert.
The fine dining was followed by speeches, glasses raised to the newlyweds before it was time to hit the dance floor where one of the Costa del Sol’s most prolific sax and bongo duos provided some awesome entertainment.
A party which continued late into the evening when guests were then invited back outside for the cutting of the elegantly layered vanilla and lemon wedding cake and where they were all left starry-eyed by the wonderful exposition of lights in the sky as a private firework display was set off providing an ultimate wedding sparkle at one of the most idyllic venues on the Costa del Sol and the most fairy-tale way start to married life.
If you’re looking for beach, sunshine, gardens, mountain views, exquisite food and a great time to be had by all, then this beach venue in Estepona could be the slice of wedding heaven, as it was for Jemma and Sam, that you’re looking for.
We wish our featured couple all the very best for a long and happy marriage and a big thank you to Rebeccan Davidson for their use of the stunning imagery.
