OANNA WALTON FLOWERS

Joanna´s whole professional life has been sharing her love of flowers, in London challenging the establishment view of floristry with fresh and innovative ideas, believing that flowers should be as exciting as fashion and interior design, decorating ballrooms, churches, museums, country manor houses and marquees whilst also securing the contract to supply flowers for the Orient Express Pullman Train. Keeping up to date with latest trends Joanna has attended courses run by innovative Dutch designers and also Philippa Craddock who designed the flowers for Megan and Harry´s wedding. “We all have a passion in life and mine happens to be flowers. From a young age I was inspired by nature and mesmerised by the colours, the patterns and the smell of flowers. I still never cease to be excited by their possibilities. I moved to Mallorca sixteen years ago and started up my business here and am feel so lucky to live on this beautiful island and visit so many wonderful locations and make couples visions come true for their magical wedding days. We have now worked with clients on hundreds of weddings here and many of them at the gorgeous Son Mir, which lends itself so perfectly as the backdrop for weddings with the beautifully tendered gardens bursting with lavender, rambling roses, olive and Bougainvillea. Whilst eating a delicious lamb and veggies soup together with his mum, in a restaurant hidden in the mountains in Mallorca, Toni saw the light. Taking a sip of the strongest mallorcan red wine he verbalized a life decision which would be an absolute game changer for him. “Mum, I want to become an actor.”

14 years have gone by since that astonishing moment. Over 450 times has Toni seen those one in a million smiles, heard crackling laughs and felt emotional tears so closely that he couldn’t be happier to continue celebrating ceremonies and explaining love stories as they’ve never been told before.

Within the 30minute wedding ceremony Toni masters all the moments, handles with care the formality of the ritual, contributes with his mallorcan vibes to fill every moment with words that will touch hearts and provoke smiles, setting the tone for the rest of the wedding party right where you want it. A ceremony to be remembered.
