Hayley and Sam chose a stunning, spectacular and stylish villa in the east of Marbella for their summer wedding. And what a wedding celebration it was!
The villa is one of Marbella’s most exclusive destination wedding venues, a hidden gem of a property located on a secluded stretch of one of Marbella’s finest beaches; this idyllic setting offers couples and their nearest and dearest privacy and serenity in absolute luxury. Of course there are many other magnificent villas dotted around the upmarket resort of Marbella – it’s true… but there are a number of finishing touches that set this exceptional wedding villa apart:
Let’s start with its frontline beach standpoint which spans an impressive 5000 m2 – the perfect location for an equally impressive 500 m2 villa, offering plenty of space for guests to soak up the atmosphere while enjoying delectable cava and canapes. We also love that the property has been built in typical Mediterranean style. There truly is no better mirador for gazing across the sparkling turquoise sea towards Gibraltar and beyond to Morocco – by day or by night. It’s also a fairy-tale backdrop for the all-important wedding breakfast, speeches and cutting of the cake.
The lush green garden area has also been landscaped to perfection, and, coupled with the immaculate design of the inviting pool area this creates an atmosphere of sheer opulence – as well as another fabulous backdrop… for capturing the most beautiful wedding imagery. Photographer Issy definitely did a dazzling job of that!
The pool itself is a dream: 28 metres of flawless aquamarine complete with high-tech massage-jet streams, waterfall, a trampoline (yes, you did read that right!) and spectacular lights for an evening dip. There is also a heated jacuzzi by its side.
And what wedding villa garden would be complete without a magnificent 18 hole putting green; this one designed by golfer Miguel Angel Jimenez’s brother…
Further on into the garden, the spacious pergola includes a bar and a large dining area with a sumptuous and fully fitted Gaggenau kitchen, BBQ, oven and fridges. Strategically positioned next to this is a zen-like lounge-bar area where the bridal party can kick back and relax in padded wicker sofas, taking in the sensory experience of their surroundings: the roll of the waves; the symphony of cicadas and rustling palm trees, the delicate perfume of the garden’s flowers, and the happiness and excitement that only a wedding can bring.

The villa is built on two levels and offers spacious and elegant accommodation for up to 14 guests, meaning the bride and groom’s close family and friends can stay in the villa too, whilst for the rest of the bridal party, nearby Marbella has a wealth of high quality hotels and apartments. All of which is definitely a perk of a destination wedding in southern Spain; the opportunity to turn marriage into the perfect excuse for a holiday! And the villa’s position by the luscious Mediterannean Sea is hard to beat when it comes to building in relaxation time either side of the wedding day. But the villa is not only located on one of the best beaches of Marbella, it is also just a stone’s throw away from excellent beach restaurants and golf courses, keeping every guest happy and entertained.
Speaking of entertainment, Hayley and Sam finished off a picture perfect day with music and moves; the grounds of the villa providing an additional dance floor to the funky LED version where the couple took their first dance.
