From the moment Megan and Brian stepped onto the grounds, they were captivated by the venue’s timeless charm—from the grand stone entrance and lush gardens to the open-air amphitheatre carved into the hillside. Every corner of the property exudes romance and tranquillity, setting the scene for a day filled with love, joy, and unforgettable moments.

Morning Buzz – Bridal Preparations
Megan and Brian began their special day separately, honouring tradition with growing excitement. Each woke up in their own private villa, surrounded by the presence of close friends and family. The bridal villa quickly filled with vibrant energy as Megan and her bridesmaids gathered to begin preparations. The talented beauty team—Flavia for hairstyling and Elektra for makeup—arrived early to begin their artistry, creating flawless, glowing looks for the bridal party. With five bridesmaids in tow, laughter and excitement echoed throughout the morning as final touches came together.
Meanwhile, Brian enjoyed a relaxed start to his day with his groomsmen, taking in the peaceful surroundings of the Marbella wedding venue. Across the grounds, the Sunshine Weddings Spain team, along with Fiestasol Catering and Deseos Florist, were hard at work bringing Megan and Brian’s vision to life. White Chiavari chairs were arranged in the open-air amphitheatre, complete with soft cushions to ensure guest comfort. A beautifully styled ceremony arch and a lovingly adorned ceremony table—later to become a meaningful memory table—were carefully positioned by the talented team at Deseos.
Mid-morning saw the arrival of vibrant floral arrangements: Megan’s exquisite bouquet, delicate wrist corsages, and buttonholes, all thoughtfully crafted by Deseos. At the reception area, Fiestasol set round dinner tables draped in crisp white linens, paired with elegant Chiavari chairs. A large central table awaited the carefully planned seating cards, name tags, and framed table numbers prepared by Megan, Brian, and Megan’s mum, Karen—with a romantic floral touch from the florist team.
As the preparations unfolded, photographer Calin from Epic Films arrived at the bridal villa to capture every heartfelt moment—from the emotional first look between Megan and her father to the final flurry of excitement as the bridal party gathered for their journey to the ceremony. Across the venue, parasols were positioned at the drinks reception area, the DJ’s space was perfectly staged in front of the villa’s existing furniture, and the cake—delivered with care—awaited its moment to shine.
As midday turned into early afternoon, the sense of anticipation grew. Every detail had fallen beautifully into place. The scene was set, and Megan and Brian’s unforgettable celebration was about to begin.
Welcome – Chatter & Chilled Drinks
As guests began arriving at the beautiful wedding estate, they were greeted with a warm welcome and a refreshing selection of drinks. Nestled beneath a shaded pergola, the drinks station offered chilled lemonade, infused citrus water, and still water—perfect for cooling off under the Andalusian sun. The relaxed atmosphere allowed guests to mingle effortlessly, catching up with familiar faces and soaking in the tranquil beauty of their surroundings.
Groomsmen Chris and Cormack were ready to receive friends and family, guiding them with friendly smiles and gentle directions toward the reception space. The soft sounds of ambient instrumental music floated through the air, courtesy of talented musician Lucy Faye, setting a peaceful and elegant tone for the afternoon ahead.
As anticipation quietly built, Brian and his best man, Connor, made their way to the ceremony space—signalling that the moment everyone had been waiting for was drawing near. The music gradually faded, the final guests found their seats, and a hush of excitement settled over the crowd.
With every detail thoughtfully arranged and the energy of the day gently unfolding, Megan and Brian’s wedding celebration was off to a perfect start.
The Ceremony – A Picturesque Setting
Set in the venue’s breathtaking amphitheatre, surrounded by natural stone and framed by panoramic views, Megan and Brian’s ceremony felt like something out of a fairytale. Guests were guided down to the ceremonial space by the Sunshine Weddings team and ushers, taking their places on white Chiavari chairs shaded by parasols. Fourteen seats were specially reserved for close family, ensuring the couple’s nearest and dearest had the perfect view of the unfolding magic.
Before the ceremony began, Gareth made a gentle announcement asking guests to put their phones away—a small gesture that allowed everyone to be fully present in the moment. Then, the air filled with the soft, melodic voice of Lucy Faye, whose chosen songs were kept a surprise for Brian, adding a deeply personal touch.
From the top of the villa’s steps, the bridal procession began: bridesmaids Aishling, Melissa, and Emma made their graceful entrance, setting the tone for the emotional moment to come. Then, all eyes turned to Megan, who looked absolutely stunning in a slender, off-the-shoulder A-line gown with a romantic sweetheart neckline. Her hair was styled in a centre part, with soft strands framing her face and the rest gathered into an elegant mid-bun, topped with a flowing veil that trailed behind her. Walking arm in arm with her father, Ray, Megan radiated timeless grace.

The relaxed yet joyful atmosphere encouraged easy conversation and heartfelt congratulations as everyone gathered to toast the happy couple.
Shortly after, an array of canapés was served—first cold selections, followed by a delicious round of hot bites. With each passing moment, the energy and joy grew, enhanced by the gentle music and the picturesque surroundings of the Marbella wedding venue.
While guests mingled and enjoyed the fare, Megan and Brian took a moment for a private photo session. Their photographer captured the love and laughter of the day against the dramatic backdrop of the estate’s sweeping views. A curated list of family and group photos followed, with Jacob, Megan’s brother, and Cormac, one of Brian’s groomsmen, helping to gather everyone for each special shot.
As the final song of Lucy’s set played and the first call for dinner was made, the atmosphere remained relaxed yet full of anticipation—setting the perfect tone for the evening to come.

The scene was effortlessly elegant—round tables dressed in crisp white linens surrounded by white Chiavari chairs, complemented by soft floral décor and subtle candlelight. The finca’s rustic charm paired beautifully with the refined tablescape, creating a relaxed yet sophisticated ambience.
With excitement building, Megan’s bridesmaids and Brian’s groomsmen made their lively entrance from the top of the villa steps to the upbeat rhythm of “Let’s Get Loud” by Jennifer Lopez. Then came the moment everyone had been waiting for—Megan and Brian’s grand entrance, hand in hand, beaming with joy as they descended the stone steps, colourful smoke bombs in hand, to “Higher Love” by Kygo and Whitney Houston. It was a dramatic and joy-filled start to the evening’s festivities.
Guests were served a celebratory glass of cava as they took their seats. A series of heartfelt and entertaining speeches followed: Megan’s father opened with a warm welcome, followed by Brian’s father, then Brian himself, sharing his love and gratitude. Best man Connor added humour and sentiment, while Maid of Honour Emma delivered a touching tribute to the bride. Each speech was met with laughter, applause, and the occasional happy tear.
Dinner was a delicious Mediterranean feast. Starters were followed by mains featuring rich lamb chermoula and delicate sea bream fillets, served with a vibrant selection of fresh salads—including Greek, rustic Italian, and Asian coleslaw. Dessert was a trio of treats: velvety chocolate truffle, zingy mojito fruit salad, and smooth cheesecake. Megan and Brian also provided their own cava bottles for the table—a personal touch that guests truly appreciated.

Party – A Night to Remember
With dinner concluded and the stars overhead, the terrace transformed into an open-air dance floor. DJ Jade took to the decks, and guests gathered as Megan and Brian stepped forward for their first dance—”Everything I Do (I Do It For You)” by Bryan Adams, played for just the right moment in time. As the final chorus swelled, sparklers lit up the night sky, surrounding the newlyweds in a magical glow.

Later, Megan and Brian gathered at the cake table for the ceremonial cake cutting—just one tier was sliced and shared as a sweet late-night snack, with the second tier lovingly preserved. Later in the evening, a selection of indulgent bites including sausage rolls with brie and mini burger sliders were served to keep guests dancing into the night.
At midnight, the party moved indoors to the finca’s private nightclub, where the celebration continued in style. The music played on, the drinks kept flowing, and memories were made until the early hours.
