The styling was refined but relaxed, just like Katie and Bryan had envisioned—elegant without feeling too formal, warm and welcoming for every guest.

As the ceremony hour approached, the Sunshine Weddings Spain team moved seamlessly behind the scenes, checking in once more with the bride, before guiding Bryan and his groomsmen to the front of the ceremony space. The bar gently closed, and the music shifted, setting the stage for the next beautiful moment: the vows.

As the late afternoon sun bathed the villa’s gardens in a soft golden light, guests were gently guided to their seats in the peaceful ceremony space. The garden felt almost storybook-like—rows of gold Chiavari chairs lined a path leading to a floral arch bursting with soft greenery and delicate seasonal blooms. With the gentle rustle of the trees overhead, the whole setting felt calm, intimate, and full of promise.

Best man Robert ensured all the reserved seats were filled before the wedding celebrant, Nieve, stepped forward to make a simple but heartfelt announcement—asking everyone to put their phones away and be fully present for the moment ahead. It set a beautiful tone of stillness and intention, just before the music began and the bridal party slowly started down the aisle.

Then came Katie, walking arm in arm with her father. She wore an off-the-shoulder, hourglass dress paired with a medium-length veil, her hair styled in soft, loose waves that framed her face perfectly. Meanwhile, Katie and Bryan enjoyed a few quiet minutes together for their first portraits as newlyweds, slipping away for private shots beneath the olive trees and among the villa’s beautiful floral corners.

Shortly after, the first round of cold canapés began circulating—fresh, seasonal bites that delighted the guests—followed by a round of delicious hot canapés that signalled the start of the evening’s festivities. With everything running smoothly behind the scenes, the first call for dinner was made, guiding guests toward the next chapter of Katie and Bryan’s incredible day.

As the sun dipped lower, casting a soft glow over the villa’s central garden, guests were invited to take their seats for the wedding breakfast. The open sky above and the gentle evening breeze created a relaxed vibe.

DJ Dave James kicked things off with the couple’s first dance, a moment full of emotion and joy that had everyone smiling. Shortly after, the live band Beat 3 took over, bringing infectious energy and upbeat rhythms that kept the dancefloor packed well into the early hours.

The celebration carried on until the bar closed at 2 a.m., and with a final announcement from the DJ, guests made their way to pre-arranged coaches waiting to take them safely back to their accommodations. It was the perfect ending to a day filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable memories.
