Tell us a little bit about yourself, where are you from, where are you based now, and what inspired you to become a wedding videographer?
I’m a passionate wedding videographer with a love for storytelling through film. Originally from Leeds, UK, I’m now based in Marbella, Spain but travel worldwide to capture love stories. My journey into wedding videography started from a deep appreciation for filmmaking and the power of visual storytelling. There’s something truly special about capturing raw emotions, unscripted moments, and turning them into a timeless keepsake for couples to cherish forever.
How would you describe your videography style?
My style is cinematic yet deeply emotional, designed to capture the true essence of a couple’s love story. I use a discreet, documentary-style approach to let moments unfold naturally while focusing on the emotions, details, and beauty of the day. Each wedding film is unique, bespoke, and timeless—something couples can relive over and over again.
What do you think makes a wedding video truly unforgettable?
An unforgettable wedding film goes beyond just capturing beautiful shots—it tells a story. It’s the laughter, the tears, the stolen glances, and the small moments in between that make a film truly special. Music, natural audio, and seamless editing also play a huge role in evoking emotions and creating a cinematic experience that transports couples back to their big day.
Can you share a memorable wedding moment you’ve captured?
One moment that stands out was a bride wearing her mother’s veil from 31 years ago from a recent wedding with Sunshine Weddings! As her father saw her for the first time, the emotions in the room were overwhelming. Capturing that moment, where generations of love and tradition came together, was incredibly powerful. Moments like these remind me why I love what I do.
What’s your process for working with couples to ensure their vision comes to life?
I believe in a collaborative approach. Before the wedding, I take the time to truly understand each couple’s story, their personalities, and what matters most to them. Whether it’s a pre-wedding consultation, mood boards, or simply chatting about their vision, I ensure that every detail is considered. On the day, I work unobtrusively to capture moments naturally while making sure their unique love story is at the heart of the film.
What’s the one moment at every wedding that still gets you emotional?
The vows always get me. Whether they’re traditional, personal, or full of laughter, that moment when couples express their love in front of their closest family and friends is incredibly powerful. It’s raw, real, and always a highlight in every wedding film.
How far in advance should couples book you?
I recommend booking as early as possible—typically 12 to 18 months in advance. Popular dates fill up quickly, and I take on a limited number of weddings each year to ensure every couple gets my full attention and creativity.
What’s included in your standard wedding videography package?
All of my packages include full-day coverage, drone footage, and a cinematic highlight film. In addition, I provide a full-length video (approximately 1 hour) that includes the ceremony, speeches, and first dance in full. My approach is to create a film that captures the emotions, details, and essence of your special day so you can relive it forever.
