The villa is a marvel. Situated in-between the rugged charm of the mountains of Ojen and the azure blue of the Mediterranean sea, here you can enjoy the best of two majestically contrasting landscapes, making for some wonderful memories – and photographs.
On a glorious late summer’s afternoon, in one of the most tranquil and private hubs on the Costa del Sol, today’s featured bridal couple, Nicola and Mitch, said ‘I do’ in front of their family and friends.
The arrival to the grounds of this typical Spanish finca, along the most beautiful road flanked with palm trees and breath-taking panoramic views of the sea and surrounding mountains, offered the guests the first WOW factor of the day, and set the vibe for a truly unique and unforgettable day.

Following on from a welcome drink near the finca’s flower-covered pergola, it was time for the ceremony to commence and the hum of anticipation stilled as the bride looking simply AMAZING in her gorgeous gown appeared.
Amid the glorious natural backdrop of the villa’s gardens the handsome groom awaited as the bride on the arm of her father walked, in this case up, the wonderful garden pathway tiered with lush green planting and with exotic vegetation to the ceremonial site—gifting the perfect photographic setting for the talented wedding photographer, Talia, at Thoroughly Gorgeous to immortalise the event.
Beautiful music sounded throughout the ceremony that was led by Costa del Sol based Humanist Minister Jeff Gurner, and witnessed by eighty-one guests; a union of love in a piece of paradise.

The wedding feast started with a sumptuous menu of canapes, which the guests enjoyed whilst the newlyweds continued to capture some more unforgettable moments with their photographer in the spectacular grounds of the Finca, followed by a wedding ‘breakfast’ of paella chicken finished with a delicious white chocolate mousse with brownie and vanilla ice cream.
The sun set as the leisurely meal was served and some 700 fairy lights, plus two curtain lights around the DJ area, sparkled into life adding an ethereal display to the already magical backdrop. Following the wedding feast, the music tempo took over and the dancing commenced beneath the equally breath-taking canopy of the Andalusian stars, the perfect way to end a magical day…
