The venue featured today is truly special. Located in the Tramuntana mountains, this rustic finca dates back to 1578 and has stood as a part of Mallorca’s history for centuries. Made from traditional Mallorcan stone, the estate sits on 132 hectares of lush gardens, orchards, and old trees — the ideal spot for an intimate and romantic wedding.

Couples love this venue because it’s unique. The main garden, filled with lemon and orange trees, makes a colorful and fresh backdrop for ceremonies. A stone stairway leads up to a hilltop where couples can exchange vows surrounded by nature — a truly unforgettable setting.

From the cobbled terraces and Renaissance-style windows to the ancient olive trees, every detail added to the relaxed, magical atmosphere. Bridal Morning Buzz

Hannah and Luke’s wedding day began quietly, waking up in separate hotels in Palma. Luke stayed with his groomsmen, while Hannah was just nearby in a bridal suite set up for her preparations.

By mid-morning, the suite was lively as Hannah’s three bridesmaids arrived and the hair and makeup team got to work. With coffee and some music playing, the mood was relaxed but full of anticipation. Everyone took turns in the chair while chatting and helping each other with last-minute touches.

Photographer Roger Castellvi arrived early to capture the day’s behind-the-scenes moments—Hannah getting ready with her friends, and Luke and his groomsmen sorting ties and cufflinks, keeping things light and fun.

Meanwhile, at the finca, the Sunshine Weddings Spain team arrived early afternoon to get everything ready. Chairs were arranged for the ceremony with front rows reserved for close family—Hannah’s mum and stepdad, Luke’s parents, and Hannah’s dad and stepmum. White fans were placed on every seat to keep guests cool, and petal baskets were set under the bridesmaids’ chairs for the confetti moment later.

The welcome area was also set up with parasols in baskets for guests and a simple white table decorated with fresh pink carnations and daisies, keeping with the rustic, understated feel of the venue.

Back at the hotel, Hannah finished hair and makeup and slipped into her dress with her bridesmaids. The room shifted from calm preparation to quiet excitement as everything came together. Luke and his groomsmen were ready at their hotel, waiting for their transfer to the finca. Guests gathered around the island, ready to be taken to the venue by coach.

By the time Luke arrived, the venue was nearly set. The team gave him and the groomsmen a quick run-through while the last touches were being taken care of.

Hannah and her bridal party left the Convent de la Missió in a limo for nine. With the music team on the road and guests arriving from all over the island, everything was falling perfectly into place.

Welcome Drinks at the Stone-Paved Entrance

As the sun started to lower, guests began arriving at the finca’s grand stone-paved entrance. Luke and his groomsmen, led by best man Patrick, greeted everyone warmly and helped guide them toward the drinks reception.

Javier, the live musician, played soft acoustic tunes, setting a relaxed, welcoming mood. Cold drinks, including cava and water, were ready to help guests cool off. A few chairs were placed in the shaded courtyard for older family members to sit comfortably before the ceremony.

Shortly after, Hannah and her bridal party arrived and headed to a private bridal room for final touch-ups. The atmosphere was calm but emotional. Hannah shared a special first look moment with her stepdad, quietly captured by Roger. Soon after, her stepdad went to the ceremony area with Hannah’s mum.

At the same time, Hannah’s dad was brought to the bridal suite for another special first look. With these moments captured and emotions running high, it was almost time.

The Ceremony — With Stunning Mountain Views

Guests were invited to take their seats by the groomsmen. Javier moved to the ceremony space, playing live music while a curated playlist filled the quiet moments. The Sunshine Weddings Spain team made sure everything ran smoothly, from seating signs to placing the petal baskets.

The ceremony took place in the “Es Jardí” garden, with breathtaking views of the Tramuntana mountains as a backdrop. The sun cast a warm glow over the orchard, and a gentle breeze rustled the olive trees as guests settled in.

Before the ceremony began, officiant Toni Pons kindly asked everyone to refrain from taking photos or videos, to keep the moment intimate.

The bridal procession started from the back, led by bridesmaids Harrit, Joely, Rachel, Laura, Eleanor, and Connie. Young Maisie walked ahead of the bride and paused at the front with best man Patrick. The rest of the guests took their seats.

Hannah and her dad entered from the top of the ceremony area, walking arm-in-arm down the stone path to different music. Hannah looked stunning in a silky embroidered two-piece that suited the rustic venue perfectly. Her smile said it all.

Luke stood at the front with Patrick, wearing a classic black-and-white tuxedo. His nerves quickly gave way to emotion as he saw her for the first time.

The ceremony was personal and heartfelt. Toni blended humor with meaningful moments that reflected Hannah and Luke’s relationship. After their first kiss, Luke smashed a glass—a joyful nod to tradition—prompting cheers from the crowd.

As “Viva La Vida” played, Hannah and Luke walked back down the aisle as newlyweds, showered in white rose petals by Connie and Jonnie. Guests followed, ready to continue the celebration.

Drinks Reception — Relaxed Courtyard Vibes

After the ceremony, guests moved to the cocktail area through the finca’s stone paths and rustic courtyard. Javier switched to a livelier acoustic set, raising the energy without losing the relaxed feel.

Drinks flowed freely — unlimited cava, local wines, beers, sangria, water, and soft drinks were all on offer. Chairs scattered around gave guests a chance to rest and take in the golden light and mountain views.

The atmosphere was easy and festive. Guests mingled, toasted the couple, and enjoyed canapés while the Sunshine Weddings team kept everything running smoothly.

Group photos began, with Finley, Maisie, and Eleanor helping gather the right people. Meanwhile, Hannah and Luke took a quiet moment alone for pre-sunset photos, soaking in the views and soft evening light.

By 8PM, Javier wrapped up, and the playlist took over, gently guiding guests toward dinner through the beautiful central courtyard the couple loved.

Wedding Dinner — Spanish Courtyard Celebration

With everyone seated, glasses of cava were poured, and the dinner began in celebratory style. The band kicked off with “Voulez-Vous” by ABBA as Hannah and Luke entered the room, greeted with cheers and waving napkins.

The mood shifted as the Father of the Bride gave the first speech — warm, funny, and heartfelt. Luke followed with a speech of thanks and memories, striking a perfect balance of genuine and relaxed.

Dinner started with starters as the band played softly. The main course came later, with live music flowing between tables, allowing guests to chat and enjoy the evening at their own pace.

By dessert, the sun had set, and soft lighting and candles made the finca feel cozy and magical. Just before the party began, Hannah gave a short speech, raising a toast to thank everyone for sharing the day. Then it was time for the band’s lead singer to invite guests to move to the party space — the night was just getting started.

Party Time — Dancing Under the Stars

As night fell, Hannah and Luke opened the party with their first dance to “L.O.V.E.” by Nat King Cole — a sweet, classic moment.

Right after, the energy picked up with a lively Israeli dance set, where friends and family gathered in a circle, clapping and cheering as the couple was lifted high, smiles all around.

The band played on, keeping guests dancing and laughing. Flip-flops were available for anyone who needed a break from heels, and people moved between dancing, chatting under the stars, and relaxing around the venue.

The band closed their set with an emotional singalong of “Hey Jude,” everyone swaying together — one of those perfect moments where everything just clicks.

The party continued inside, with the band’s DJ spinning dance tracks and classics late into the night. Snacks were served to keep energy up, and the dance floor stayed busy until the music finally wound down.
