A Beautiful Golden Spring Wedding in Marbella…

The Venue – a private residence which has attracted the Hollywood elite over the years.

This luxurious private residence oozing Hollywood charm is nestled amidst nine thousand metres of mature garden with panoramic views of the surrounding rugged mountains and includes bridal and guest accommodation.

What’s more it’s just a stone’s throw away from a host of modern conveniences including several golf courses and restaurants, plenty of great beaches, beach clubs and a good nightlife, with Marbella merely a short drive away

And for the epitome of film-star glamour it has a sweeping staircase from where to make your entrance in true Hollywood style.

The Ceremony – “Happily ever after” begins with a romantic wedding celebration.

Splashes of colour from vibrant blooms lined the garden walkway to where the ceremony area had been set up; a garden circle with a chic rustic arbor in the centre, beautifully decorated with white chiffon fabric drapes and assorted peach garden florals to create a beautiful soft romantic frame for the union of Sarah and Dominic.

The guests, serenaded by the elegant sounds of a gifted local harpist, seated in hushed anticipation for the bride’s entrance and the magic to commence. There overlooking a spectacular view of the valley and the Mediterranean Sea, offering the perfect backdrop for those all-important photographic moments, the exchange of vows took place as Sarah and Dominic’s fairy tale came to life.

The cocktail hour – in a beautiful secluded outdoor terrace.

The outdoor terrace, accessed from the main entrance, played host to an hour of chilled socialising amongst the guests as an array of delicious canapes, including gingered chicken cakes with mango and a coriander mayonnaise, mini beef steak on a garlic croute, spiced mini fish cakes with tomato and coriander salsa and tiny parmesan and rosemary shortbreads were handed out. A moment which also allowed for Sarah and Dominic to enjoy a special pre-sunset photo shoot at the hands of the hugely talented Angel Miguel from Epic Films who captured some truly stunning and warm, sun-kissed exchanges on this sun-soaked spring day.

The Wedding Breakfast – An intimate reception under a canopy of string lights.

Dinner was served in an elegant space made all the more dazzling with a chic yet boho vibe as hundreds of overhanging fairy lights sparkle to life exuding a touch of warmth and beauty to the balmy spring night.

A multi-course meal including lobster salad or Korean BBQ chicken for starters, followed by pan fried fillet of beef or sea bream with clam for the mains and a mouthwatering trio of white chocolate & raspberry cheesecake, chocolate profiteroles and Mojito fruit salad for dessert, was served and enjoyed by all, a meal that was rounded up by the all important speeches before it was time for another change of scenery and for the party mode to be switched ON.

Party – in a central patio that embraces Moorish traditions.

Amidst the enchanting embrace of Moorish traditions, the after-party commenced, igniting with the mesmerising performance of the illustrious Wall Street Band, who within minutes had everyone on their feet and dancing in with a central patio which features a central fountain that exudes an aura of timeless elegance.

As the music ebbed and flowed, the air became infused with the tantalising aroma of late-night delicacies including crispy spring rolls and some ever-so-sumptuous ham & cheese bites, satisfying the guests’ late-night cravings and fueling them to party into the early hours extending the magical day well into the night.
