When Jay, from London, proposed to his fiance Daniella they both knew that a wedding in Spain would be their favourite destination to get married. Although they both lived in Manchester, Daniella’s father was born in Malaga so the idea of a wedding in Spain really meant a great deal to the families.
As Jay was from an Indian background he too thought it would be a great idea to get married somewhere hot and where the two families would become one.
The idea of a religious church wedding was important to our bride and groom. When they contact Sunshine Weddings Spain to help with the search for their ideal wedding venue in Spain, Scott suggested a wonderful church in Marbella that would cater for the 150 guests they had invited so they could also enjoy their time and holiday by the coast.
The wedding in Marbella came around quickly and on a beautiful day this August, guests arrived at the traditional church square. Here they enjoyed the character of the Old Town of Marbella, before the arrival of the bride Daniella. The ceremony was taken in English and when it finished the guests sipped cooling drinks in the square as the family photos took place.
After the wedding ceremony had taken place and guests had been replenished, everyone was taken by coach, which was just a short drive, to a prime Marbella restaurant on the Golden Mile. Here they enjoyed live music from a pianist whilst guests drank champagne and ate a range of hot and cold canapes. This fabulous wedding venue in Marbella offered beautifully design Mediterranean gardens which provided a romantic and glorious wedding setting. As the wedding continued the party began to really take shape and the atmosphere was electric at this fabulous wedding in Marbella.
The wedding banquet was laid out under the stars and the party listened to a solo artist who did a great job at getting the crowd going. Following their first dance and the cutting of the cake the party continued, accompanied by a DJ, who kept this wedding in Marbella dancing long into the Spanish summers night.
