During the twentieth century it has had various uses such as hospital, prison officers, battery of salutes and since 1981, Military Museum. It now also serves as a space in which to host cultural events and some of the islands more lavish weddings.

The service can take place either at a nearby church or on one of the grounds roofs and tarraces, with the castle grounds and Mediterranean sea in the background. For a truly spectacular setting, ejoy your wedding meal in the large central courtyard, where we can set up elegant circular tables under the stars for up to 250 seated guests. Lights can be strung up above, and guests can soak up the unique atmosphere of dining in a century’s-old castle!
