Finca wedding venue in Marbella | Sunshine Weddings Spain

Just 35 minutes from Malaga Airport is a secret garden filled with 200 years of history and splendour. Amid tropical palms and lush vegetations, with giant water features and hidden corners, stands a beautiful finca and one of Marbella’s most sought-after wedding venues.

Our finca in Marbella was originally built in the 1800s as one of the first foundries in Spain. A village sprang up around it for the workers, with small dwellings and a community of its very own. Surrounded by the lilac Andalucian mountains and just a few miles from the sea, this little slice of paradise flourished until the foundry was closed and the village was abandoned. Now it is nothing but a distant memory and a backdrop of ruins. Luckily for us, the Marbella finca was restored to its former splendour and now serves as a luxury wedding venue, the old ruins providing a romantic backdrop for your unique wedding photos.

A ceremony at our Marbella Finca is like no other. With 360 degree views of ancient palm trees, avocado plantations and exotic fruit trees, this splendid manor house is a sight to behold. It has many unique touches too such as the main door of the finca which once belonged to a 19th century church.

With its grand entrance and huge fountain in the centre, there is no limit to the way you can dress these surroundings on your special day. Ceremonies are held outside in front of the entry to the majestic Marbella finca. The spacious gardens can hold up to 400 seated guests and the space can be decorated to your liking with floral arches, carpeted aisle and even marquees to shade guests from the sun.

Although this Marbella wedding venue doesn’t offer accommodation, with the main town just a short drive away, we are able to arrange hotels and villas nearby for your wedding party.

With a fully equipped kitchen and the best in Andalucian catering available, in the evenings this Marbella wedding finca is magically transformed into a twinkling romantic wonderland. Fairy lights are strung in the trees, candles and even chandeliers can be hung from the branches. The water features can also be lit up turning the stunning gardens into an unforgettable paradise.

Make the most of the warm weather in the south of Spain and step back in time to experience a wedding in nature filled with history, magic and plenty of unforgettable moments.
