The Flow of the Wedding Day – Creating Unforgettable Moments

As guests made their way to the ceremony area, they were greeted by splashes of colour from vibrant blooms and garlands with greenery, flowers, and fruits lining the garden walkway. Floral arrangements adorned the balcony rails, framing the union of Hannah and Rich in a soft and romantic setting. The ceremony, led by Minister Fran, was non-religious, adding a personal touch to the couple’s special day.

As guests settled in, they were serenaded by Annya, a skilled violinist who infused the atmosphere with an enchanting ambiance. With hushed anticipation, they awaited Hannah’s entrance to the tune of “Time After Time” by Cindy Lauper. Against the backdrop of the valley and the Mediterranean Sea, Hannah and Rich exchanged vows, their fairy tale coming to life before the eyes of their loved ones.

The first kiss was accompanied by the melody of “Can’t Help Falling in Love,” creating a tender moment, and as the ceremony concluded, it was time to move on to the next stop: the cocktail hour.

The Drinks Reception – In a Spanish-styled Courtyard

The outdoor terrace played host to an hour of chilled socialising amongst the guests as an array of delicious canapes, including cured serrano ham with fresh melon pinchos, crab and coriander tartlets, roast beef tostadas with caramelised onion and Thai chicken skewers with soya dipping sauce were served. A moment which also allowed for Hannah and Rich to enjoy a special pre-sunset photo shoot at the hands of the hugely talented Talia from Thoroughly Gorgeous who captured some truly stunning and warm, sun-kissed exchanges on this balamy late summer’s day.

The wedding breakfast – Dining in Style

The wedding breakfast took place in the lower garden dining area, where guests were welcomed into an elegant space illuminated by hundreds of twinkling fairy lights. The chic yet boho vibe added to the charm of the warm September night.

The multi-course meal began with starters featuring an antipasti platter with Spanish Iberico hams, bruschetta, marinated olives, and sun-dried tomatoes, or caramelised goat cheese on a toasted brioche with confit of plums. For mains, guests enjoyed options such as Galician beef fillet with sautéed potatoes, roasted cherry tomatoes, green asparagus spears, and a Rioja jus, or sea bass fillet with dauphinoise potatoes, tomato confit, and green asparagus.

Dessert was a delightful choice between a giant raspberry macaroon with biscuit crumble and frozen berry coulis, or a duo of chocolate cake and berry cheesecake. As guests savoured the delicious meal, emotive speeches were shared, and memorable moments were captured with a champagne tower for photos.

With the dinner concluded, it was time to switch into party mode and continue the celebration in another scenic setting.

The party kicked off in the central Moorish-styled patio. The Monkey Tennis music band got everyone on their feet and dancing within minutes. With a central fountain as the backdrop, guests enjoyed late-night delicacies like mini burgers, chicken tenders, and sandwiches, fueling them to party into the early hours. The magical day extended well into the night as the music filled the air and the energy on the dance floor remained high.

The wedding weekend concluded the next day with a relaxed post-wedding party featuring a two-hour sax set by Demian to conclude a fabulous wedding weekend in the sunshine.

We extend our sincere thanks to the couple, Hannah and Rich, for allowing us to be part of their special day. Special gracias to Talia from Thoroughly Gorgeous for capturing the beauty and emotions of the day so brilliantly. We also want to thank our suppliers for their dedication and professionalism in making Hannah and Rich’s dream wedding a reality.
