Welcome Serenade – Amid Garden Tranquility

As guests arrived at the finca, anticipation buzzed in the air. Quike, a skilled violinist, set the perfect tone with his melodies, creating an atmosphere of elegance and serenity. Refreshing welcome drinks from a water station, along with Rose Mia Cava and bottled beer, were available, inviting guests to a moment of relaxed mingling in an outdoor pergola area.

The melodies continued, seamlessly transitioning to a playlist, as Quike moved to the ceremony area, marking the next chapter in this beautiful day.

Ceremony – A Burst of White Blooms

Following the laid-back welcome drink in the outdoor pergola, guests were guided to the main ceremony area. Positioned atop a natural slope, surrounded by hidden walkways, waterfalls, and panoramic views of the sea, the ceremony unfolded.

Plants, bushes and trees formed natural aisles as the stunning bride made her appearance. Accompanied by the poignant notes of Quike’s violin, playing “On the Nature of Daylight” by Max Richter, Jade walked down the aisle with her grandfather leading her to where Warren awaited, under an abundant green and white flower adorned four-poster structure, which created an elegant backdrop.

Locally-based Minister Gareth officiated the ceremony, uniting Jade and Warren in marriage. Against the backdrop of the Mediterranean finca, witnessed by 104 guests, the ceremony became a blend of emotion, romance, and breathtaking views, and marked the beginning of Jade and Warren’s chapter as husband and wife.

The Drinks ReceptionSip and Savour

After the ceremony, the couple exited, and all guests were invited to follow them to the drinks reception held by the pergola section in the villa’s grounds.

Quike took the stage, playing Jazz for the first part of the drinks receptions before transitioning into more Ibiza house beats for the second half. As the music set the tone, all guests were offered unlimited sangria, beers, wines and soft drinks, which flowed alongside a spread of cold and hot canapés, featuring options like dice of marinated tuna with soya, lime, and ginger, a selection of sushi rolls, chicken pita kebabs, quiche of Payoyo cheese, and croquettes of Iberian ham.

Amidst the mingling and sipping, a moment was dedicated to family photos, skillfully captured by Racheal from Balance Photography, before the first call for dinner was announced.

Dinner Delights in the Lower Garden

For the dinner festivities in the lower garden, background music set the mood through a curated playlist. Each guest was served a glass of Cava and water as they settled into the evening and the speeches, which commenced with Uncle Anthony taking the floor and sharing his heartfelt words with the wedding party.

As dinner unfolded, seeing tasty starters including chistorra sausages, meatballs with tomato sauce, and Spanish omelette dices served, a deluxe kids zone was arranged in the lower casita area, ensuring the younger attendees enjoyed their time during and after the meal.

For the main course, guests enjoyed a choice between Iberian sirloin medallions, millefeuille of smoked potato and mushrooms with crispy vegetable sticks, and sea bass fillet over artichoke hearts and wild asparagus with romesco drop. Wrapping up the delicious meal, dessert featured a white chocolate mousse with brownie and vanilla ice cream—a sweet moment that also provided the newlyweds with another “sweet” moment for pre-sunset photos.

After the delightful dining experience, it was time for the cake cutting and to lace up those dancing shoes, signalling the start of the lively celebration.

Party Vibes in the Pergola Section

The party unfolded in the pergola section with live music and a dynamic playlist.

The first dance kicked off with Aerosmith’s “I Don’t Want to Miss a Thing,” and was followed up with The Wall Street Band, a four-piece local group who entertained with two 45-minute sets ranging from rock to soul.

To keep the energy high, flip flops were made available in a basket within the party area, and for the younger invitees, a candy cart was stationed in the lower garden area alongside the dedicated kids zone.

The energetic ambiance was sustained by an open bar, ensuring the party remained in high spirits until the early hours, where late-night snacks, including slices of the wedding cake, added the finishing touch to the celebration.

A sincere thank you goes out to Jade and Warren for letting us be part of their special day. We wish you all the best in the next chapter of your lives.
