On the radiant day last May, this century-old Mallorcan Finca came alive with the magic of a love-filled celebration, weaving together tradition, elegance, and nature’s splendour.
An Enchanting Prelude – A pre-party on Illetas Beach
The festivities commenced with a prelude on Illetas Beach, nestled along the southwest coast of Mallorca, which became a backdrop for joyful reunions, delectable buffet delights, and the soothing sound of waves. Laughter echoed under the Mediterranean sun as guests indulged in the pleasures of the beach and the company of loved ones.
The Wedding Day- A romantic oasis
The following day, as the warm sun sat high in the sky, the wedding day unfolded. The venue, a true haven of romance, welcomed everyone with a refreshing blend of Cava wine, beer, and soft drinks. The sultry melodies of a Spanish guitarist filled the air, setting the perfect mood for the impending magic.
Following a moment of relaxed mingling, the groomsmen guided guests to their seats in the finca’s inner courtyard, a sanctuary of tranquillity which set the stage for Catherine and Federik’s exchange of vows against the backdrop of the Orient Valley.
There, under a lush greenery arch adorned with delicate pink and white roses the ceremony unfolded.
Elevating the Atmosphere – drinks and serenades by a glistening pond
Moments of intimacy and toasts to forever
As twilight cast its enchanting hues, the grass area transformed into a dining haven, there amidst the glow of twinkle lights, guests savoured the culinary delights of the evening and offered a moment for Catherine and Federik to steal away for intimate pre-sunset shots that marked the beginning of their journey as a married couple.
Between tantalising starters and sumptuous mains, heartfelt speeches were said, celebrating the beautiful union between Catherine and Federik.
Dancing Beneath the Stars – Open bar, and disco delight
Mouthwatering dessert marked the beginning of three hours of open bar and DJ-fueled dance. The midnight hour beckoned, and the festivities shifted inside to the dazzling disco area. A two-tiered dance floor, an indoor balcony, and the surrounding garden became the backdrop for a night of rhythm and celebration, punctuated by tantalising late-night snacks.
Throughout the evening, a fun photo booth became a hub of entertainment, capturing the candid joy of guests as they reveled in the magical Mallorcan wedding day.
But the tale didn’t end with the night. As the sun rose, a new adventure beckoned for 92 guests – a sailing trip across the azure waters of Mallorca. A fitting conclusion to a love-filled journey that began in the heart of the Orient Valley and unfolded beneath the watchful gaze of the Tramuntana Mountains.
