As we are lucky enough to have to have guests coming in from across the globe, this page is a convenient place to log and update any information relating to logistics, the venue or accommodations.
We are so happy that you can all make it and can’t wait to share our special day with you.

The Big Day! – Saturday, 18th October 2014
The ceremony will take place in the Chapel at La Almoraima Hotel (www.laalmoraimahotel.com)
on Saturday, 18th October 2014 at 3pm so please make sure you are there promptly to take your seats!’ ‘This will be followed by drinks and canapes in the courtyard of the same venue before you are seated for the wedding breakfast. ‘After some sumptuous food and riveting speeches, you will be free to dance/drink the night away.

ACCOMMODATION
We have reserved La Almoraima exclusively for us and our wedding guests but as it only has 23 rooms, we have allocated these rooms to close family and friends. However, we have been recommended an excellent alternative that should be able to accommodate everybody else.
The Castellar Hotel is less than 2km away from La Almoraima in the local town of Castellar de la Frontera It is a 4 star hotel with 74 rooms and we have negotiated discounted rates as follows:
65 € for a Double Room with breakfast and taxes included
85 € for a Triple Room with breakfast and taxes
60 € for Double Single Use with breakfast and taxes included

FLIGHTS‘
The closest airport to fly in to is Gibraltar which is just over 20km away and is frequented by airlines such as Easyjet (www.easyjet.com) from Gatwick, Monarch (www.monarch.co.uk) from Luton and British Airways (www.ba.com) from Heathrow.
Other airports you may consider flying into are:
Malaga (118km, 1hr 15 min drive)
Jerez (119km, 1hr 15 min drive)
TRANSFERS/CAR HIRE
Gibraltar – Transfers
If you are flying into Gibraltar the transfer company we would recommend you use would be Calypso Travel.
The smallest minibus they have is a 22 seater and by law there needs to be a minimum of 8 passengers on the minibus so this would only really be ideal if there were a number of you all travelling on the same flight.
A transfer from Gibraltar Airport to the venue would be approximately £100 per mini bus.

Malaga – Transfers
If you are flying into Malaga, then we would recommend a company called Malaga Transfer and have negotiated discounted prices as follows:
A standard car for 4 people with capacity for 3 medium suitcases : ‘122.00 euros (this is cheaper than normal airport taxis)
An executive car for 4 people for 3 medium suitcases: 150.00 euros
A people carrier up to 7 people and 7 suitcases : 165.00 euros
A minibus for 12 people: 210.00 euros
A minibus for 19 people: 250.00 euros
