Nestled on the stunning Mediterranean island of Mallorca, a dream wedding unfolded in a secluded, stylish, and romantic setting. Today, we invite you to immerse yourself in Lily and Harry’s enchanting bridal story as we explore the various facets of their special day, from the warm welcome to the emotional ceremony, the delightful wedding breakfast, and the unforgettable party under the stars.
The day began with excitement as 100 guests gathered at this beautiful wedding venue. Located in the heart of the Mallorcan countryside, it’s just a short 10-minute drive from Palma, the island’s capital, and a mere 5 minutes from the airport. This venue embodies rustic luxury, featuring spacious lawns and a charming courtyard that created a perfect backdrop for the ceremony and dining.
To offer a respite from the Mediterranean sun, a lemonade stand welcomed guests with a refreshing array of beverages, such as classic lemonade, rosemary-infused orange lemonade, and watermelon lemonade. Nearby, in the welcome drinks area, the bride and groom had considerately arranged baskets filled with fans, ensuring that the ladies could remain cool and comfortable during the warm day.
As the guests made their way through arches that led to the extensive lawn areas, the anticipation and excitement in the air were palpable as the guests waited for the ceremony to commence. Finally, Lily, a vision of loveliness in her bridal attire, made her entrance with the ethereal notes of Elvis’ “Can’t Help Falling in Love with You” playing softly in the background.
Lily’s walk down the outdoor aisle led her to a charming bamboo frame wedding arch, beautifully decorated with a cream scarf and white flowers that complemented her bouquet. At the end of the aisle, the dashing groom, Harry, stood, waiting to take her hand in marriage.
In the midst of this intimate gathering of their closest loved ones, and with lush palm trees swaying in the gentle breeze, Lily and Harry shared heartfelt vows set against the backdrop of the radiant Mediterranean sunshine. The emotive ceremony was led by wedding minister Toni Pons, whilst Spanish guitarist, Javier, skillfully played ambient music in the background.
After the heartfelt ceremony, guests enjoyed drinks and canapes on the lawn, with Javier shifting to an uplifting flamenco set. Meanwhile, photographer Billie whisked the newlyweds away to capture stunning shots amid the enchanting grounds of the Finca.
The wedding breakfast, featuring a pretty pastel theme, took place in a rustic alfresco setting, where simple yet enchanting table decor with natural seagrass placemats and pastel table linen complemented the lush garden surroundings.
The delectable wedding meal was masterfully prepared by the skilled team at Fosh Catering, leaving guests savouring dishes like local burrata with mushroom carpaccio, lightly smoked pork belly paired with sea scallops, and a tempting mango and passion fruit cheesecake served with strawberry sorbet. Special menu options were also thoughtfully provided for children and guests with allergies.
The meal also allowed photographer Billie to take the newlyweds for some stunning pre-sunset photos as the sun dipped below the horizon.
As the sun set, twinkly lights illuminated the grounds, creating a celestial ambiance. There, in a charming outdoor space Lily and Harry shared a romantic first dance to “Baby I Love Your Way” by Big Mountain, and the evening continued with dancing and revelry.
DJ Jaume Lomusic maintained the energetic atmosphere throughout the party, joined by saxophonist Jay for a lively duo performance. As the clock struck midnight, the festivities seamlessly moved indoors, carrying on until 1:30 am, creating unforgettable memories for Lily, Harry, and their loved ones.
