Nestled along the seafront promenade with a private pool, this beach club surrounded by the sparkling cerulean sea is an idyllic spot for couples seeking a beachfront wedding in the heart of Marbella.
With sixty guests flying in for this special occasion, today’s bridal story, spotlighting the delightful Sarah and Chris, presents a truly unforgettable event shared with their nearest and dearest.
Additionally, being part of a hotel complex, this venue allowed the wedding guests to stay on-site, enveloping the entire celebration in a cocoon of shared memories for everyone who journeyed to Spain for this special occasion.
Preparations for the day commenced in the early hours, infusing the venue with a sense of anticipation as the day’s providers meticulously applied the final touches to the setting. Meanwhile, Lucy, the talented hair and makeup artist, arrived to weave her magic with blow dryers and makeup brushes. Joyful laughter echoed from the bridal suite, where the ladies relished a morning of bonding and pampering. Simultaneously, the groom and his crew embarked on their own preparation journey in a nearby apartment. Bouquets adorned the bridal suite, buttonholes were readied for delivery to the venue, and the stage was set for the enchantment to begin.
The mellifluous strains of a Spanish guitarist, Nano, welcomed the arriving guests, who indulged in early refreshments of water, wines, beers, and beverages, setting the tone for the day’s festivities. With spirits high, the guests were ushered to the outdoor ceremony area.
The Ceremony—Where Love Meets the Sea
Nestled right along the seafront promenade, the ceremony area offered awe-inspiring views of the sea and granted the bridal party complete privacy. Its elevated position above the beach served as a stunning backdrop for capturing enduring wedding photographs; meanwhile Nano’s melodious guitar strumming continued, setting the perfect Spanish ambiance for the ceremony to unfold.
Bridesmaids, Louise, Isabel, and young Jamie and Joshua, along with Sarah’s brother, Paul, added a heartwarming family touch to the ceremony. Liz Wilkinson, an experienced wedding celebrant, conducted the ceremony with finesse, while Nano’s music, including the entrance song “Here Comes the Sun” and exit song “Bambaleo,” added to the magic.
Following the ceremony, guests enjoyed pre-dinner drinks and canapés as Nano continued to serenade the guests with his melodies. Meanwhile, the newlyweds, Sarah and Chris, had their photos taken on the inviting beach by the talented Racheal from Balance Photography, with the Mediterranean Sea providing a twinkling backdrop.
The Wedding breakfast—A Feast Fit for Royalty
The wedding banquet took place in a stunning indoor dining area, where guests were treated to a culinary extravaganza. Finger foods were followed by a BBQ feast featuring responsibly farmed fish and meat, artisan sourdough bread, and vegan options. The meal concluded with a delectable dessert of chocolate fondant with haba tonka ice cream.
The Party—An Evening of Celebration
This remarkable beach wedding venue also features an outdoor party area where the celebrations continued long into the night. The couple’s first dance to Madonna’s “Crazy for You” marked the start of a night filled with opulent elegance and lighthearted moments, including a fun photo booth.
